Afternoon tea
Kettners
On the first floor, in the Apartment, Kettners are serving a Traditional Afternoon Tea between 1.00pm and 6.00pm (although there’s now only spaces left for 5 and 6pm on the Sunday, so book up asap!) The traditional tea comprises dainty finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with jam and clotted cream, plus cakes and tarts. A pianist will also be playing all afternoon – nice! Traditional £25, with Champers £29.

Bumpkin
Treat your mother to a special set menu on Mother’s Day, two courses for £25 or three courses for £30 including a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Dishes to choose from include the retro classic: a Prawn Cocktail with Virgin Mary Dressing and Rye Bread. For mains, there’s Shepherd Pie or Mac and Cheese on the menu. For puds: Crumble, Trifle or Sticky Toffee Pudding. Read the whole menu here.
Asian
Gilgamesh Bar
Treating your ma with the whole family in tow? Head to Gilgamesh who are offering a free meal for mother if your party is a group of 4 or more. To claim the offer you also need to order the 3 course Pan Asian Menu, (£32.50).

Mews of Mayfair
The restaurant has a specially crafted three course menu for the occasion. Dishes include Scottish Smoked Salmon, Tiger Prawn and Avocado Salad for starter, Traditional Sunday Roast Rib of Longhorn Beef for main, and for dessert, East Coast Raspberry Cheesecake. Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill
This Mother’s Day, the restaurant is opening its Grill restaurant for all day dining, where they’ll be serving up a special three course menu for £34.50 per person including dishes such as:
Rooftop smoked salmon
Baked lemon sole with mussels
Roast rib of beef with all the trimmings
